rotec high quality wooden panels are developed and produced at our manufacturing plant in Hungary.
The main applications are : cladding for walls and ceilings, doors, furnitures, interior design, architecture and acoustic elements.

1. Veneer MDF panels

Standard Dimensions of the MDF / HDF base plate :

• 4,0 x 1220 x 3050 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm

with 0,5 - 0,7 mm thicknes of veneer

These panels are usable exclusively for interior applications.
Types: AA (double side), AB (single side) veneer - not polished.

Perforated MDF panels are used for applications where a natural wood finish is desirable.

In the standard, the panels are delivered with non coated surface. Be carefully by coating with waterbased mordants and varnishes - may be you carry out your own tests. Because of the perforated surface - you should also adjust the viscosity of the varnish.

Some operations of sanding - up to the microsection - then priming - sanding the primer - at last: top coating, according to the estimated strain.

2.  Natural-Coloured MDF panels

Standard Dimensions of the MDF / HDF base plate :

• 4,0 x 1220 x 3050 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm

Nature MDF panels find application where an untreated surface is necessary and can be coated afterwards.

3. Single side laminated - HDF panels

Standard Dimensions of the MDF / HDF base plate :

• 4,0 x 1220 x 3050 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm
• 4,0 x 1220 x 2440 mm

Mainly used in the furniture industry. When sticking on to other decoration panels - fantastic colour combinations can be achieved. By cementing two panels with the same hole arrangement and surface, a double side laminated panel of 6mm in thickness can be resulted.
