Our heavy load gratings are made from steel ST52.3. In relation to standard steel ST37, they have a 50% higher load bearing capacity.

For public invitations to tender it is necessary to have a base for calculating dynamic single loads - due to DIN / ISO / EN1055 and 1072.

Standard Dimensions of rotec heavy load gratings :

  • Mesh Size : 20 x 22 mm
    Thickness of the supporting bar =5 mm
    Height of the supporting bar =40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 mm
  • Mesh Size : 28 x 30 mm
    Thickness of the supporting bar =5, 6, 8 e 10 mm
    Height of the supporting bar =40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 mm
