rotec aluminium gratings are the base for manufacturing : sun protection grids, grids and gratings for fašades, gratings for light shafts, grids and gratings for convectors, stairs, fences and gangplanks.

Aluminium gratings from rotec are made of aluminium AL Mg Si 0,5 without welding seams. Because of this the gratings can be cut without leakage of sturdity.

Made of aluminium - by high pressure stamping :

  • maximum load-bearing capacity and sturdity
  • minimum weight

The rotec aluminium gratings are available in the following dimensions :

  • Height :  =20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm.
  • Length : =6000mm in direction of the supporting bar
  • Width :
    =1284mm (mesh type E, R, D, Q) -
    =987 (mesh types C, B) - width (distance between the outsides of the supporting bars)

Our standard gratings are made without edging. Manufacturing with frames - on AnfrageformularEnquiry.

Finishing of the surface - is possible on AnfrageformularEnquiry :

  • etching due to the ELOXAL EURAS standards : standardly C0 (natural coloured), C31 (gunmetal-extra-light), C32 (gunmetal-light), C33 (gunmetal-medium),  C34 (gunmetal-dark), C35 (black)
  • powder coating - chromating : colour due to the client's indications
Type A - Standard type - smooth Type A

Standard type - smooth - universally usable - material thickness =2mm or 3mm.
Type I - Grating with "I-shaped" supporting bar Type I

Grating with "I-shaped" supporting bar. Available in heights between 25 and 30mm.
Type S - Standard type - non-slip Type S

Standard type - non-slip - material thickness =2mm or 3mm.

all dimensions are in [mm] / underlined - in direction of the supporting bar / the width of the mesh describes the distance between two bars (thickness of the bars = 3mm) / (dimensions - written between brackets) - thickness of the bar =2mm / the nominal values of the division (35 or 17mm) are corresponding to the exact values (35,46mm or 17,50mm) !!!
